A free event that brings the community together to join voices and be as one, this year we open at midday with “Mick Luck” and his Sax, there’s “Charlotte” rocking around the Christmas Tree and the brilliant choir “Cor Waunarlwydd” who will be singing all your favourites, our special guest this year is Anna Parsons who will be leading the rib tickling, slightly eclectic, original version of The 12 Days of Christmas” with SA Radio DJ Rob Pendry holding it all together with a few toones and his usual anecdotes !
So be there at the castle gates on Saturday 14th December (gates open at 11.45am) to join in the fun and give that singing voice a treat.
(Pssst “todays tip” we have no toilets in the castle but there are some near the entrance, it’s a long way down and back up the hill)
A walking tour of the castle telling tales of misdeeds and horror that the castle keeps secret from mere mortals, true stories of what’s actually happened in the castle over the centuries it’s been here.
Stories like the man who was hanged twice and survived, the murder hole, the vanishing lady, the unlucky ballerina and many more, which all actually occurred according to available evidence.
The tour lasts 1 hour 30 minutes and will be available soon to small groups, corporate events or private events.
